The nurse practitioner resident provides comprehensive patient care while receiving supervised training in a family practice setting. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, managing chronic conditions, and participating in clinical rotations.

Candidates must be recent graduates from an accredited msn or dnp family nurse practitioner program and must have obtained their certification and license to practice within 18 months prior to the residency program start date. Additionally, they must be licensed in idaho and have bls certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of starting.
