Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing play-Based activities and science-Backed strategies based on applied behavior analysis to build life-Changing skills. Responsibilities include tracking progress and celebrating achievements to support the child's journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Candidates must be available full-Time, monday through friday from 8

00 am to 5:00 pm, and must possess a high school diploma or ged, along with being at least 18 years old. A love for working with children, creativity, and patience are essential qualities for this role.
