Description Behavior Technician (ABA) Hiring Part-Time | After-School Hours Make a Difference Every Day Looking for meaningful work where you can help children learn, grow, and succeed? Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit that has supported individuals with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. Our Collective ABA clinic provides high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document sessions using Therap Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive program environment Follow all agency, state, insurance, and HIPAA requirements
