Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians work directly with clients to implement individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba. This includes providing 1:1 instruction, facilitating social skills groups, and helping clients meet meaningful behavioral and developmental goals.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or ged. A genuine passion for supporting children and a willingness to learn are essential, while prior experience in aba is a plus but not required.
