Deliver clear, engaging instruction while maintaining a fun, high-energy environment.
Ensure proper form, safety, and technique across all exercises and equipment use.
Modify exercises as needed to accommodate various fitness levels and physical limitations.
Motivate and encourage participants to reach personal performance milestones.
Maintain a clean and organized workout environment before, during, and after sessions.
Stay informed on fitness trends, training methods, and performance protocols to enhance class quality.
Build strong rapport with members through consistent coaching, feedback, and communication.
Uphold Carbon Performance standards and lead by example in professionalism and energy.
Group fitness or personal training certification preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
Proven experience leading strength-based, conditioning, or functional training group sessions.
Strong understanding of movement mechanics, coaching cues, and injury prevention.
Confident public speaker and motivator with excellent interpersonal communication.
Ability to adapt training on the fly and coach all fitness levels in one session.
CPR/AED & First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain before onboarding).
Social and outgoing — thrives in high-energy, community-focused environments.
