Career Services Advisor

The career services advisor will maintain an active lead database, develop relationships with potential employers, and coordinate interviews for students and graduates. This role also involves consistent follow-Up with graduates until employment is secured and providing workshops on career search strategies.

Candidates must have experience in sales, staffing, recruitment, career services, or coaching, along with familiarity with online job search tools and proficiency in microsoft outlook, word, and excel. A minimum of an associate degree or related work experience is required, and the ability to work at least one night per week is necessary.
