Child Care Support Teacher

The assistant teacher will manage daily classroom needs to support student health and well-Being while cultivating a love of learning through child-Centered approaches integrating social-Emotional learning, steam, and nature-Based education. Responsibilities also include communicating with families and caregivers both in-Person and digitally.

Candidates must comply with all vermont public health and child care regulations and pass a state-Required background check, serving as a mandated reporter. Preferred qualifications include completing the fundamentals for early childhood professionals’ course or the vermont afterschool essentials certificate and having at least twelve months of experience working with young children.
