Job Coach - Individualized Employment Support - Springfield

The primary function is to assist groups of individuals with developmental disabilities in identifying, acquiring, and maintaining community employment and connecting them to non-Isolated community activities based on their interests. This involves facilitating individualized goal setting, managing individuals in community settings, modeling behavior, and advocating for their health and safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate knowledge of competitive employment environments along with experience training disabled individuals. Essential qualifications include maintaining a valid driver's license, passing background checks and drug screens, and possessing strong communication, organizational, and independent decision-Making abilities.
