The instructor will be responsible for implementing lesson plans and curriculum while assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback in a safe learning environment. Duties also include working on-site and accepting direction from supervisors.
Candidates must possess a Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT) credential or equivalent healthcare certification, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of phlebotomy experience within the last five years. Proven coaching abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and up-to-date industry knowledge are also required.
