Support Coach- Direct Support Professional

Support coaches provide direct support, teaching, and modeling to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them work toward personal goals identified in their individual service plan (Isp). Responsibilities also include monitoring performance, assisting with daily responsibilities, and administering medications according to guidelines.

Applicants must be 21 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid connecticut driver's license with reliable transportation. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, along with the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
