Counselor - University Health and Counseling

The role involves providing direct clinical services, including individual, couples, and group counseling using brief, solution-Focused, and strengths-Based methods, alongside serving on the on-Call crisis response rotation during business hours. Additionally, the counselor will participate in psychoeducational outreach, provide consultation to campus partners, and contribute to program development efforts supporting student well-Being.

Applicants must possess a master’s-Level or doctoral-Level degree in a relevant field and hold current independent wisconsin licensure, or be eligible to obtain it within one year of hire. Experience in crisis intervention, university counseling centers, or specialized areas like lgbtqia+ or trauma-Informed care is strongly preferred.
