Bilingual Direct Support Professional - DSP

Direct support professionals will work directly with individuals aged 3-21 with special needs, implementing behavior plans developed by the clinical supervisor. Responsibilities also include teaching, role-Modeling, implementing treatment interventions, collecting daily data, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old for hbts/Aba or 18 for pass, possess fluency in both english and spanish, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of supervised experience with children or an associate’s degree in a related human services field is required, along with the ability to pass necessary clearances.
