BCBA - Hourly FFS

The bcba is responsible for completing behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and training, supervising behavior technicians, and delivering direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors. This role also requires completing all necessary documentation, including instructional program development, data analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.

Candidates must possess a master's degree or phd with bacb-Approved coursework and current bcba certification, with a current laba preferred. A minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required, along with reliable vehicle access and availability for morning, after-School, and evening hours.
