Core responsibilities
The role involves acting as an advocate, role model, and coach for youth in residential programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting youth in re-Establishing themselves in a secure environment. Responsibilities include providing supportive supervision, following treatment plans, managing communication (Incident reports, family contact), and engaging in daily routines and interventions.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and have a minimum of two years of experience working with youth. A valid illinois driver's license and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, including physical restraint training, are also mandatory requirements.
