Part-Time Weekend Youth Advocate

The youth advocate acts as an advocate, role model, and coach, building therapeutic relationships with youth and implementing program structure through supportive supervision and guidance. Responsibilities include assisting youth in achieving goals, engaging in daily routines, developing creative interventions, and collaborating with the treatment team and external support systems.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid illinois driver's license, and have the ability to work a flexible weekend schedule every other weekend. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with five years of youth development experience, along with at least two years working with youth who have experienced adversity or trauma.
