Job Coach - Summer Youth Work Experience (Seasonal)

The job coach provides individualized training, supervision, and support to high school student interns at their worksites, including hands-On coaching and identifying necessary accommodations. This role also involves performing task analyses and ensuring participants meet employer satisfaction regarding quality, production, and safety.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, with a preference for one year of related experience working with individuals with developmental and/Or physical disabilities. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid ohio driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts across various community employment settings.
