Overview This role is for new and upcoming RN graduates interested in starting their careers at an established IU Health hospital and transitioning to the new Fort Wayne hospital when it opens in Spring 2027.

This role begins at one of IU Health’s established hospitals, including downtown Level 1 trauma/teaching hospitals Methodist & University, premier Indy suburban hospitals North and West, or regional hospitals Ball (Muncie), Bloomington, and Arnett (Lafayette). These start locations are temporary, with an expected transition to the Fort Wayne hospital in Spring 2027, in the areas listed below only (no pediatrics roles available at this time): Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Critical Care (Medical or Surgical) Emergency Department Med-Surg Pre-Admission Testing Pre-op/PACU PCU Operating Rooms New registered nurse (RN) graduates benefit from a comprehensive, personalized support system. Qualifications

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred (completed before start date) from a nationally accredited nursing program.
