Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for implementing a quality program in the classroom, ensuring compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards, and maintaining a positive learning environment for young children. Essential duties include planning and directing developmentally appropriate activities, managing classroom behavior, and coordinating closely with staff and families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and be willing to pass federal background checks and drug testing. A valid oklahoma driver's license is required, along with the ability to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 lbs and maintaining required staff-To-Child ratios.
