Residential Care Specialist

This role involves providing confidential direct care and supervision to abused, neglected, and deprived youth aged birth to 18, including paraprofessional guidance and intervention in behaviors. Essential duties include directing residents' day-To-Day activities, helping them achieve personal goals, inspecting living quarters for safety, and observing/Reporting resident health and behavior.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged plus thirty college credit hours, or one year of relevant experience working with children. Required qualifications include maintaining high confidentiality, possessing a valid oklahoma driver's license, passing background checks and drug testing, and being able to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
