Student Relations Coordinator (Paraprofessional) (2026 - 2027 School Year)

The coordinator provides continuous support to the educational environment by implementing bist and love & logic strategies to address student behaviors, tracking and analyzing data to inform intervention strategies across all aspects of the school. They also consult with staff, parents, and partners to foster student social, emotional, personal, and academic growth while collaborating on accommodations for diverse student needs.

Candidates must hold a valid missouri substitute license and are preferred to have five years of relevant professional work experience with children, alongside strong familiarity with education and child welfare policies. Essential requirements include excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, proficiency in various computer applications, and a strong work ethic.
