Swim instructor

This position involves providing swim instruction to adults and children of all abilities, utilizing proper teaching tools and techniques. Essential functions also include maintaining safety, enforcing pool rules, assisting with setup/Cleanup, and maintaining a clean pool area.

Candidates must possess knowledge of instructional methodology, child psychology as it applies to swimming, and pool rules, along with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Required qualifications include completion equivalent to the tenth grade and current cpr & first aid certification for the professional rescuer.
