Float Teacher

Float teachers are responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for infant, toddler, and preschool children. This includes helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive by providing the necessary academic and emotional tools for success.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children. A high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
