Assistant teachers must follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must possess the ability to meet state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience, along with the physical capability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Applicants must also be energetic, dependable individuals with a passion for working with children.
