The lead infant teacher will lead a mixed-Age infant classroom (Ages 0-3) in a montessori setting, focusing on observing each child to support their physical, emotional, and cognitive development while respecting their natural rhythms for sleeping, eating, and toileting. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining an orderly environment and building warm relationships with children and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group care setting and possess required early childhood education (Ece) or child development credits, along with a bachelor's degree in a child-Related field. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification or holding a prior montessori diploma is also sought.
