Afternoon Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide supports a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children's needs and assisting in the preparation of an orderly learning environment. They collaborate with lead guides to facilitate small-Group activities and foster a supportive community for children and families.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school or childcare setting. A positive, collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in the montessori approach are required.
