Teachers are responsible for planning and implementing educational and recreational activities within a safe and nurturing classroom environment to coordinate daily operations. They must work closely with children, families, and colleagues to support each child's development and provide excellent care.
Candidates should ideally possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a Child Development Associate (CDA) being preferred. Required qualifications include strong communication and teamwork skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, along with passing a background check.
