Essential
Duties:
Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
Plan swim practices daily and organizes a season plan for the swim team.
Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager.
Coaches practices as directed by the Aquatics Director.
Enforces the rules of conduct.
Communicated with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement.
Organize and support scheduling of lessons and billing with management.
Attend swim meets at home (club) and away (off-site) pools.
Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager.
Communicates with parents regarding practices, events, and team updates.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
Frequently uses hands, talks and hears.
Regularly stands and sits.
Occasionally walks, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, tastes or smells.
