Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher is responsible for developing and implementing creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and curiosity in preschool-Aged children. This role also involves creating a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and maintaining a safe, organized learning environment.

A high school diploma is required, though a child development associate (Cda) credential or higher is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience in early childhood education. Essential qualifications include an in-Depth understanding of child development, familiarity with licensing regulations, and strong classroom management skills.
