Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher is responsible for developing and implementing creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and curiosity in preschool children. This role also involves creating a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child's progress.

A high school diploma is required, though a child development associate (Cda) credential or higher is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience in early childhood education. Essential qualifications include an in-Depth understanding of child development, familiarity with licensing regulations, and strong classroom management skills.
