Lower School Learning Facilitator

The facilitator proactively partners with faculty to support students with learning differences, observing, evaluating, and collaborating on best practices to meet diverse student needs in the classroom. Key duties include providing direct one-On-One and small-Group instruction in ela and math, monitoring progress, and maintaining confidential student records and documentation.

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required, with a master's degree in dyslexia therapy or special education preferred, alongside a minimum of five years of teaching experience preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of learning difficulties like adhd and dyslexia, child development, assessment interpretation, and differentiated instructional strategies.
