1st Grade Instructional Assistant (PT)

The primary objective is to assist the lead teacher in instructing students by supporting differentiated individual and small group lessons and preparing instructional materials. Essential duties also include managing student behavior, grading assignments, and performing supervisory duties during lunch, recess, and carpool.

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with students. Candidates must possess knowledge of grade-Level appropriate teaching methodology and proficiency in google suite.
