Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One, play-Based aba therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism spectrum disorder, following behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision. Key duties include tracking patient progress through data collection, assisting with daily living skills, and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with encouragement for entry-Level applicants or those experienced as rbts. Preferred backgrounds include degrees in psychology, special education, or related fields, and experience as a paraprofessional, caregiver, or tutor is beneficial.
