Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One, play-Based aba therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism spectrum disorder, following behavior intervention plans under bcba supervision. Responsibilities include tracking patient progress through data collection, assisting with daily living skills, and adhering to confidentiality guidelines.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and must obtain rbt certification within the first 60 days of employment. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping families with autism and may have a degree in progress or completed in fields like psychology, special education, or child development.
