Employment Specialist - Workforce Development

The employment specialist will deliver community-Based supported employment and education services to youth and young adults using the individual placement & support model, focusing on obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment aligned with client goals. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as maintaining client files, data entry, and ensuring compliance with contractual documentation requirements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in mental health, social services, or business, along with two years of related experience working with youth and young adults, preferably in employment services. Proficiency in ms office and experience with crm software for data logging are also required.
