Certified Family Partner - Peer Services (Full Time)

The certified family partner provides person-Centered, healing-Centered support and education to parents/Caregivers of youth with mental health challenges through group facilitation, individual mentorship, and community collaboration. Responsibilities also include sharing lived caregiver experience, facilitating support groups, planning recovery-Related outreach, and maintaining accurate case documentation.

Candidates must possess a ged or high school diploma along with two years of related individual and group support experience, and must become a certified family partner within nine months of hire. A critical requirement is having lived experience as a parent/Caregiver who raised a youth with mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges and navigated a child-Serving system for at least one year.
