Adjunct Faculty - Communications

Adjunct faculty are responsible for facilitating student learning by delivering assigned classes according to college policy and course objectives, utilizing technology to enhance instruction, and maintaining accurate student records and grades. They must proactively engage with students to impact learning positively and demonstrate strategies for engaging online learners.

Qualified faculty must possess an earned master's degree or higher in speech or communication, or a master's degree with 18 graduate semester credit hours in speech or communication from a regionally accredited institution. Specific course standards require meeting the discipline standard or having a related master's degree with 18 graduate semester credit hours for various communication courses.
