Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full & Part Time

The behavior analyst assists with all clinical aspects of the applied behavior analysis program for children and adolescents, including conducting assessments, individual/Group/Family sessions, and supporting aba staff in service delivery and clinical program development. This role also involves actively advocating for clients and ensuring quality services are delivered in alignment with professional ethical standards.

Candidates must be a licensed behavioral analyst (Lba) in virginia with working knowledge of behavior therapies, requiring three years of related experience with the relevant population and one year in a supervisory capacity. Proficiency in windows, ms office, and excellent communication skills are mandatory, along with a valid virginia driver's license.
