Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA)

The licensed assistant behavior analyst assists with all clinical aspects of the applied behavior analysis program for children and adolescents, supporting operations through assessments, sessions, staff training, and treatment plan implementation. Key duties include conducting assessments, maintaining a caseload, delivering direct support, and collaborating with the lba on clinical development and documentation review.

Candidates must be a licensed assistant behavior analyst (Laba) in virginia, possessing a minimum of three years of related experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral/Developmental needs. A minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience is also required, along with proficiency in microsoft office and electronic record systems.
