Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One, play-Based aba therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with autism spectrum disorder under bcba supervision. Responsibilities include following behavior intervention plans, tracking patient progress through data collection, and assisting patients with daily living skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with encouragement for entry-Level applicants or experienced rbts to apply. Preferred backgrounds include degrees in psychology, special education, or related fields, and experience as a paraprofessional, nanny, or tutor is beneficial.
