Registered Behavior Technician

Implement individualized aba treatment programs and behavior intervention plans for children with developmental disabilities, including autism, under bcba supervision. Collect data, communicate progress, and support skill generalization across environments.

Requires an active rbt certification or willingness to obtain one, with a high school diploma (Associate or bachelor's degree preferred). Experience with children, especially in special education or behavior therapy, is a plus, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
