Public Safety Officer

The public safety officer is responsible for providing security across all university properties through interior and exterior patrol operations. This role also involves responding to community members' customer service needs, enforcing parking regulations, and providing walking or vehicle escorts near campus.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. Equivalent and a valid driver's license, along with one to three years of relevant experience in a similar setting. Mandatory certifications include being act 235 certified in pennsylvania within three months of hire and becoming eligible for cpr/Aed certification within six months.
