Family Support Coach - Educare Center

The family support coach will implement two-Generation strategies focusing on family education, health, well-Being, and economic pathways, adhering to national standards for family-Centered coaching. Key duties involve leading employment/Economic support efforts, facilitating social capital opportunities, coordinating health and wellness initiatives, and managing program transitions for families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field like family and consumer sciences, child and family development, or social work, coupled with at least two years of experience in a family support role. Essential abilities include strong analytical and communication skills, the capacity to collaborate with community partners, and familiarity with best practices in quality early childhood education.
