Graduate Assistant, Track & Field

The graduate assistant is responsible for assisting the head coach with all aspects of the track & field and cross country programs, including serving as a recruiter and managing program operations like coaching, facility use, and team logistics. They must also assist with fundraising efforts, handle equipment, and ensure student-Athlete support and ncaa compliance.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and acceptance into a lake erie college graduate program is required for this 10-Month, part-Time, exempt position. Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of ncaa regulations, and be available to work evenings, weekends, and travel.
