Core responsibilities

Behavior therapists work one-On-One directly with clients with autism applying individualized aba techniques designed by a bcba and provide guidance to parents/Caregivers on implementing behavior plan tactics when the therapist is absent. The role also requires collecting data on skills and behaviors, conducting daily discrete trials to monitor client progress, and timely communication of concerns or progress to the family and supervisor.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and commit to working with clients for a minimum of six months. Applicants should be enthusiastic about working with children/Adolescents with autism and must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the u.s.
