Volunteer Coordinator

The volunteer coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers who serve as tutors and mentors for middle school students. They also act as a liaison between staff and volunteers while assisting with site operations and program logistics.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to educational access and possess strong cross-Cultural sensitivity and communication skills. Completion of at least one full academic year of undergraduate studies is required.
