Athletic Trainer, Fellow - Football - Athletic Medicine - Full Time 8 Hour Rotating Shifts (Exempt) (Non-Union) (Fixed-Term)

Athletic trainers are responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, management, and rehabilitation of student athlete sports-Related injuries, including educating athletes on equipment use and exercise. They must monitor team practices and events, coordinate staff coverage, maintain medical records, and facilitate communication between athletes, coaches, staff, and physicians.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in athletic training or a related field, along with current board of certification (Boc) certification. Required experience includes injury prevention, clinical evaluation, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, and knowledge of osha, ferpa, and hipaa standards.
