1261 School Psychologist (Cherokee area)

The school psychologist will act as a liaison, collaborating with educators to support learners' academic, behavioral, and social-Emotional development through consultation and coaching within mtss frameworks. Key functions include facilitating child find, conducting evaluations, assisting with iep development, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Candidates must possess a master’s or specialist’s degree in school psychology, including at least 60 graduate semester hours in psychology and education. A valid iowa board of educational examiners license with the school psychologist endorsement (B-21) is mandatory for this role.
