In Home Family Services Consultant

The consultant provides in-Home intervention to children and families using a skill-Based, solution-Focused model to teach positive solutions and behavioral techniques while accessing community resources. Major duties include providing safe services, developing relationships with community resources, conducting assessments, training families in functional skills, and maintaining required contact and documentation.

A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field along with one year of experience working with children and families is required, though an associate's degree with two years of experience may be considered in specific rural counties. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, meet insurance requirements, and be available rotationally for crisis response during non-Traditional hours.
