Challenge Course Coordinator - Camp Shady Brook

The coordinator will manage a safe and positive experience on the high ropes course, low ropes course, climbing wall, and natural rock climbing wall, constantly enforcing regulations to ensure participant and staff safety. Responsibilities include organizing and leading various course elements based on camper age, daily equipment inspection, and maintaining accurate usage logs.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous challenge experience and a recognized top-Rope certification (Amga, ifmga, nols, or similar). Required certifications include cpr/Aed for the professional rescuer, oxygen, and first aid.
