Youth Development Counselor

This role involves providing direct supervision to groups of children during school year programs and summer day camp, focusing on creating positive relationships and facilitating peer connections. The counselor must promote youth potential while adhering to all safety policies and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum.

Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old and preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of six months of verifiable experience leading group activities with school-Age children (At least 460 hours) is required, along with current cpr/Aed, first aid, and oxygen certifications.
